Found Mr. Handyman via Morgan's Deals and was extremely satisfied with the customer service, even making a point to call Morgan's Deals to help process the Coupon. One aspect that needs improvement, and had nothing to do with Chris, was if the service is charged by the hour, and each step takes 2-5 hours to dry before moving to the next step; either won't be very cost efficient or will ultimately have 2 Hour promo run out, leaving customer to fend for themselves. Just a thought. Other than than, Chris, Thanks again, I really appreciate your help!

The owner showed up immediately to bid and was friendly & professional. He bid on replacing exterior door and adding a bathroom vent fan. One man showed and took an entire Saturday to install exterior door. He tried to leave before I pointed out that exterior hand railings were not fastened back. He used simple sheet rock screws instead of bolts to fasten them which I'll need to replace. He also did not have time to even start the secondary project that was bid. They never followed up to complete the other job so I'll need to hire someone else.

The work they did on my home was good but their minimum for handyman work is somewhat high. Also, I felt that their representative didn't listen to everything I had to say when we were talking about options.

Greg Vasquez, the carpenter, did a terrific job. Very meticulous craftmanship. We hadn't ask to have bolts used on the hinges instead of screws, but he installed them anyway making the facility much more secure. He cleaned up well and came in under budget. I'd recommend Greg Vasquez to anyone. We'll definitely contact him when considering future projects.

Poor Communication with me. I was never notified when the worker was scheduled. Due to poor planning my work was rescheduled for one half of the job....and then I experienced a huge shock when I received the final invoice....Never again.

"As is the case sometimes with our work, we ran into some unforeseen issues with locating Mr. P�s solar tubes where he wanted them. After our initial consultation, the location of one of the tubes was moved resulting in a more difficult installation requiring framing that was not included in our original proposal. After following up with Mr. P, we determined that the quality of the work was good. Ultimately, we should have done a better job communicating to Mr. P about the cost overruns."

Wood Fence Repair
I was very happy with the quick response from Mr. Dent. I needed a quick repair and he made sure someone came out the next day. The employee, Mr. Harrison, did a very thorough job and was friendly and courteous. I would definitely call on Mr. Handyman again.

My inmount sink fell out (yes, fell out) the day before Thanksgiving. The staff and repairman with Mr. Handyman quickly fixed the problem when plumbers and granite guys either could not or were not available. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.

This was a positive experience from the word Hello. Marty did a fantastic job find materials that I needed to match the exterior of my mobile home and got the repairs done in a professional fashion. He went the extra mile and suggested some additional work I needed done, and took care of it while he was here. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would use Mr. Handyman for all my needs in the future.

Very thorough and professional. They quickly evaluated the problem and provided an accurate written proposal of the work to be done. The staff was punctual and professional. They actually completed the work quicker than they estimated. When they finished, they left the work area clean and neat. Couldn't have asked for more.

Great Job! Hung exterior door on utility building and finished hanging Hardi board, installed trim and soffets. Also did the exterior silcone sealant.

The job was really for 2 workmen and only one was sent. However, he was meticulous and did an excellent job, it just took longer than anticipated. He arrived on time which was a plus.

The repairs were accomplished in a professional manner. It looks brand new. I also asked to have ceramic tile put in a door threshold. It makes the flooring in the foyer"finished" and no more peeling back of the linoleum in the laundryroom.

The owner and workers were professional, cordial and easy to work with. There were some scheduling problems, mostly due to weather and unexpected illnesses and other minor issues. The projects that were completed were very well and thoroughly done. I anticipate continuing our working relationship in the future.
