Oscar Barradas showed up on time. He is professional, courteous, and careful in his work. Under the cracked tile he found a hairline crack in the 4 yr. old foundation that was spreading. He put two coats of an expandable mastic over the crack so the tile would float if the flaw continued to expand. He matched the grout, cut angles on the tile perfectly and recaulked the baseboard. He also repaired the cracked grout in the master bath. He cleaned up the area very well. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Barradas again for any tile or hardwood repair or installation. Mr. Barradas was correct in the grout chosen and application of caulk. The grout matched perfectly and has blended in the 4 year old grout. Also, the caulk is high quality, matched perfectly, and has not cracked.
