It went very well. I took my car in Monday morning. They said it would take 17 hours to repair leak, and they would be done by Tuesday. Paul called me Tuesday morning to give me an update, and that my car would be ready by 5:30. My car runs great. I do not see anymore oil spots in my garage. Midas is a great place! Friendly staff!

This shop is great! We took our car in because our and quot;check engineand quot; light was on... again. In all of our other cars, when the check engine light issue was fixed, the light stayed off for a long time. This car had the and quot;check engineand quot; light go on frequently, and it was getting to be quite a problem.
When we talked the issue over with Diana, the owner, she figured out why the and quot;check engineand quot; light was turning on so often. She told us what procedures had to be done to fix that problem, we had them done and the and quot;check engineand quot; light has stayed off!
We have been going to this shop for many years. The owner, manager and mechanics are friendly, helpful and proficient. They will not tell you that you need repairs unless they need to be done. If the repairs can wait awhile to be done, they'll tell you that, too. Their prices are fair, they get things done in a reasonable amount of time and they really look out for their customers!
I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great mechanic!

Brought car in to have a free check of the brakes system. They pointed out the work that was needed. Gave me options as to cost and work to be done. did not seem to push me toward extra work.

I called around to several shops to try and see if anyone had a short wait time or openings, being that it was the day before Thanksgiving. Midas was the only one that told me that there was no wait and that they could see me right away. I was hesitant at first, as this is generally a sign that maybe there is a reason that they aren't busy. I went in and the mechanic attended to me right away. He got me an estimate together for the oil change (about $25) and offered a free tire rotation. I also asked if they could check the brakes while the tires were off, he agreed. They quoted me about 45 minutes for the oil change. I received a phone call 30 minutes later, notifying me that my car was already finished and that they would go over any findings when I came in to pick it up. They said that one of the shocks was leaking fluid and that we should consider replacing it and the other one, as you replace them in pairs. They quoted me for the repair and told me that I could have that done when ever was best for me. They were not high pressure and I feel like they were very honest. I plan on using this midas for all of our future repairs and maintenance.

I needed my oil changed and had a blowout a while back that ran my car off into the ditch and assumed that my alignment was off. I didn't schedule an appointment, I just arrived at the repair shop at about 10:30a and asked if they could see me. They were honest and told me that there was one person in front of me in line and that the repair would take about 2 hours, including wait time. I was fine with that and they put together a quote before I left. They quoted me for the cost of an oil change (about $25) and the alignment check. They stated that if the alignment needed to be preformed that they would include the cost of the diagnostic in the repair, so that the alignment check would basically be free, if I needed it. I gave them my permission to preform the alignment, if needed. They finished the work at the exact time they said they would, 2 hours later, and called my phone to let me know that they had finished. The shop workers and the front staff were very nice and professional and didn't try and sell me unnecessary services. They also rotated my tires and checked my brakes for free. I will certainly be going back.

I'm speaking of our dozens of services with them over the years. They stay in contact, are prompt, explain every service function needed before proceeding, and their pricing is more than fair.

I've been coming to this Midas for several years, mostly for oil changes but the occasional other small repair. I've always been pleased -- the employees are friendly and professional, the work is done quickly if they know you're waiting on your car, and I know they really do the courtesy inspections because when my brakes were bad they caught it. Plus, they frequently have coupons in the "junk mail" coupon mailings, so I never pay more than $20 (+ tax) for an oil change.

They provide quick and efficient service. They are very reliable, which is much appreciated. Their staff is well trained and informed. They don't provide any service without first running it past you. They also offer alternatives with a variety of pricing options. I would highly recommend them for all automotive work.
