Dee arrived about 2 hours late, partly because her clock in her vehicle was apparently wrong and she did not realize this until she called me with an arrival time which was the current time. She was very kind and professional and all went well with the walk through. I was told that I would receive my estimate in about a week. So I waited... and waited... and waited. The original visit was the first week in October. Finally I received and email explaining the delay was due to some health issues and that I would receive the estimate within 2 days. I accepted her apology and assured her that I was in no huge rush. However, now it has been 2 more + weeks and I have still not received an estimate. I emailed Dee a few days ago asking if she had been able to complete my estimate and I still have not received a response. Wish it had worked out differently. I guess its time to move on to another contractor.

Overall, the family is very easy to work with. Their crews are very conscientious about working around young children. They cleaned up after themselves and were quick to change things if they noticed a dangerous situation. Their prices are good and the work is high quality. This was not an easy job, with gables about 30 foot high and working on a metal roof. They are quick to respond to any concerns. Overall, a good work experience and will use them again.
