They have over charged and deceived me on several occasions. I would never use them again under any circumstance!!!

I purchased a preowned vehicle, for full list price, also added a back up camera to be added to the truck and paid an additional $600. The dealer did not have a camera in stock so I drove the truck off the lot. Over a month later I reached back out to the dealer to get a camera on order. They. Said they ordered the part and would notify me when it came in. They never did. I reached out to them time and time again. Finally about another month later they tell me that since it is 30 days after the original transaction they can not provide me with the backup camera ( which I paid for!!!!). They also will not refund the money. They tell me it is part of their purchase agreement. Wow. I asked my original sales man to have the preowned manager call me. Well it's been another month and still no follow up. So now I am going to post this review to every review site possible. I was planning on buying more vehicles from this company but obviously will not. And I recommend any one reading this Do NOT buy from this dealer. You may pay for something and they may find a way to not give it to you. I understand there is fine print in every agreement but this is simply absurd. Mac haik, if you read this let me know when you want to install the camera or when you plan on reimbursing for the purchase. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

They were horrible, they tell you nothing is wrong with your car as it seems they don't want to do any work. When I had them replace my brakes, the work wasn't very good and now my truck brakes echoes when I drive through neighborhoods.
