Mr Lopez was contacted late in the day on 4/29.  He said the he could go by there first thing in the morning.  I told him that my client didn't start until 10a because the were open until the evening.  He asked if she might still be there and that he would call her right then.  I told him I thought so.  Mr Lopez called her right away, scheduled an appointment for the morning, and had her going unclogging a filter.  My client was delighted!

Technician was punctual, polite and informed. I requested a service maintenance call for large appliances. He diagnosed a problem with the refrigerator which the Sears technician missed. He explained the reason for the leak in the washing machine, and presented options. I would use this service again in the future.

We had an awesome experience with Lopez Appliance Service. We called several places early that morning and could get anyone to take the service call. When we spoke to Lopez, they took our information and later that day the gentleman called us back. He's a one man operation so he had been out on calls all day. When he called he said he was on his way to another place and wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too late if he came back after. We agreed and he showed up about 6:30 that evening. He was so nice to come at that time in the evening but he did a great job. Only there about 30 minutes, changed a switch and boom, everything worked! We were so thankful for Mr. Lopez and the time he took to make sure we were taken care of. We will certainly use him again and recommend him to any of our friends that might need help!

Lopez Appliance Repair is very affordable and reasonable, they are very good. I have referred him to many people. He fixed it but guaranteed that he did not know how long it would last because it was so old. He was up front and told me before he worked on it.
