Heat pump was not operating properly, in fact something was causing 60 amp breaker that feeds air handler to trip. Wayne had Gary (great tech) come out and they determined there was a bad thermostat wire conductor. I am an electrical engineer and this problem was driving me crazy. Use Wayne they will treat you right and fix your problem!

Mr. Wayne Lawhon, owner, responded to our request for service. He arrived a few minutes early for our appointment (which I appreciated!) and I found him to be very friendly and professional.

Our furnace had begun emitting a low grinding noise when we used our central air conditioner. Wayne accessed the unit in our attic and was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes – a motor with bad bearings and a fan blade that had somehow worked itself loose enough to get wedged onto the motor's shaft. He removed the housing that contained the motor and fan and took the time to show me what was wrong. Unfortunately, the motor had to be replaced but he was able to unstick and repair the fan, saving us the cost of purchasing a new one.

I am extremely pleased with the service we received. Wayne is very reasonably priced and will give you honest service. I will trust him in the future with all air conditioning and heating issues that I encounter. I highly recommend Lawhon Air Comditioning.
