Kristin is an excellent real estate agent that is very knowledgeable and friendly.
We contacted Kristin based on her good reviews in Angie's list and she lived up to our expectations.
She was prompt in responding to phone calls and emails. She did thorough research of available homes and was receptive to our needs and requests prior to our tour. During the tour, she was knowledgeable about the Georgetown area and very easy to talk to. We felt she gave an unbiased view of area homes and we walked away knowing more about the homes and area than we did prior to our meeting.
We highly recommend Kristin to anyone buying/renting homes in the Georgetown area.

When my wife and I moved to the area, we started looking for a house to make into our home. We immediately hit it off with Kristen, and she has been very helpful with finding a home. Over the last 4 months, my wife and I have looked at too many houses to count, and Kristen has been readily available to help us in any way that she can. We found a house about a month ago that we really liked, and Kristen helped us put an offer in on the house and 2 counter-offers. We ended up not buying that house because of the timing that the owner had for selling the house, so we continued looking. We finally found a new housing development that we fell in love with, and are in the process of building a home. Kristen is working with us to make sure that all the paperwork is done correctly and always looking out for our best interests.

Kristen also helped my parents when they decided to look for a house in the area, and took a couple of days to drive around and show them numerous house.
