real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreMr. Wendell Wood came out to my mother?s house and property, and we went and looked at the house, the possessions inside and the other structures on the property, like the barn and the metal shop. We rode around the property and looked at things there too. He took notes and then went and did his research. I was very satisfied with his work.
Description of Work: My mother passed away in April 2008, and going through the probate proceedings, one of the things that we needed to do was to have an appraisal done of her estate and property. I contacted Kokel-Oberrender-Wood Appraisal through my lawyer and then used them to do the appraisal.
