They are excellent, and were recommended by a friend that had a patio installed in Sun City. Their design work is excellent, when I made changes in the plan they were very amenable, they could not be better to work with. Besides this they are gentlemen and very polite. They are really hard workers, they come early and leave late and only sit down to eat their lunch. I am extremely happy, very pleased.

My neighbor uses Keller Landscaping: a company that should change its name to Keller Wrecking Crew. Our property is Xeriscaped with stones and rocks. After every mowing of my neighbor's yard, there are rocks and stones on his lawn; and grass clippings, leaves, and debris on my yard. The Keller crew departs leaving a mess on both of our yards with no attempt to repair the damage which indicates a lack of supervision and respect for property.

The damage to my property is an ongoing problem that worsens with every cutting that requires me to spend time removing rocks from my neighbor's yard, picking stones from my neighbor's yard and returning them to my stone path, and cleaning debris from the stone and slab path. Previous lawn companies did not have this problem.

There are no return phone calls from Keller after leaving messages on Keller's answering machine about this problem. I finally talked to a secretary who said Keller had a retraining program in progress and a supervisor would come to our address to survey the problem. No one has appeared to date.

I have pictures is anyone doubts my word!

Keller Landscaping was awful. I would get rid of them. They did none of their contract. They just wouldn't show up. They were automatically billing us. They're calling up and we called up. They had to account what weeks they had come and what weeks they hadn't. Basically, we had to chase them down. Finally, after me getting hold of the owner by accident. He said to basically not lose money on the account. He said "It's good for both you and I that we just quit cutting your lawn." I said "Well, you know first of all, if you offer somebody a contract, it's probably a good idea that you study how much you're asking for the week to charge." I make a good check, I make good money. Maybe they can call up and go "Hey, we're thinking about raising our fees, what do you think?" I probably would have paid them the difference. They let me go even though I was on a contract. It's just awful and terrible. I was paying $70 a week with the contract but they raised it to $75 without asking. We just started paying it and we wrote it off as the price of fuel. My wife and I just called and started arguing. We just payed them the small increase. They fill up one week and then skip a week. They will say "Oh, I'm sorry. We'll come next week," but they never call back. The grass is out of control and I called them back. When the bill came in, I got the bill for four weeks. It was just absolutely absurd. The pricing was fine.

Keller did a nice job.  The only real complaint is that they didn't blow off our front porch very well after cutting the lawn.  They were very dependable.  They came out every other week to cut the lawn and we were billed monthly.  Nice people to work with.

Quality of trees was terrible.  Often departed leaving job half-finished.  Initial plasnting & design went well but all subsequent & follow-up work was delayed, shoddy and poorly done.  Company was unresponsive many time and very difficult to schedule work.  Did poorly on mulch, planting trees and very poor tree quality.  Monthly lawn maintence was by a 1 year contract and very expensive and definately not sorth the excessive proice charged.
