His price was competitive and in line with what our budget was for the project. He is very knowledgeable and has a high level of integrity. We are extremely happy with our decision to hire him for our project. The building is everything we had hoped it would be. We highly recommend Jordan Construction.

 + -1 moreFred Jordan is a local Georgetown contractor and was a joy to work with!! He stayed exactly on bid except for items added and was very conservative in those prices also. Excellent craftsmanship and construction. Always punctual and a joy to work with!!
Description of Work: Purchased a 16 year old home in Sun City, Texas. I needed complete interior repaint, remodel in kitchen and utility room, remodel of the front door including creating a glass 1/2 wall and a transom, as well as small items like hanging blinds, ceiling fans etc. before moving in. I found Fred's contact information and a recommendation in the book maintained at Sun City. I got bids from 2 contractors and Fred was the lower bid and did a wonderful job.
