JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION

The tile installation is a disaster. It took several tries before he understood how to install the plumbing. He told us we needed to support the main beams in the house with lally columns. Upon later inspection, we found the columns were not touching the beams. He took all of the kitchen and master bathroom cabinets out, without replacing any of them. The ceiling fixtures are either not hung completely or there are bare wires protruding from holes in the ceiling. Electrical sockets were not mounted back into the walls. Sub-standard plywood was used for finished projects. The list goes on and on.

I have spoken with other trade's people who have worked with him on jobs. They have told me he does not know what he is doing and refuse to work with him. Jack John Destruction is a nightmare. Jack needs to be arrested as he is a serial con man, who has taken advantage of many customers by taking their money and then not doing the work, or filing for bankruptcy when a judgment is leveed against him. DO NOT CONTACT JACK JOHNSON UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED-OFF!!!

Very unprofessional. Left the job incomplete after taking our money. Sub-standard work. Can't believe he's still ripping people off.

The work that was done was HORRIBLE and most of the work we paid for was not done or left unfinished. At that time he was a Better Business Bureau member so we went to them, (he is no longer a member because of this). The BBB and he agreed to mediation which resulted in a judgement due to us of around $34,000. He immediately filed bankruptcy so he would jot have to make any kind of restitution. He continues to do business in the area.
