+ 0 morewent according to schedule, finished on time, owner and crew very polite and easy to be around, cleaned up everything, even all the old paint chips from scrapping before painting.

+ -1 moreHe showed up late for the estimate. Which he wanted to postpone until another day but that wouldn't work for me. Eventually, he came out. He looked around at the work I needed done and he said he would get back to me with an estimate. I still have not heard back from him. He was in such a hurry that he wasn't even personable. I felt like he didn't even want the job.
Description of Work: I contacted him for an estimate for replacing facia board.

+ -1 moreWe've been very pleased with Jim's work. He is experienced, trust-worthy, professional, on-time, and customer-focused. We've probably used him four or five times now because I know he will do the job quickly and correctly. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Jim has helped us with a variety of projects over the last couple months, as we prepared our home to go on the market. He's fixed holes in the wall, attic ductwork, broken toilets, non-functioning outlets, etc. Whatever we needed done, he could do it.
