He is a hard worker, and very dependable. He comes out weekly, he will cut either on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on what you want. There is no contract or anything. He is a very personable guy, he is a local UT Alumni, and he is a one of the hard working people we know. He is doing all the work himself, and fighting hard into not expanding and having the problems of having employees. He does the yard of everybody in this neighbor hood who doesn't do their yard themselves. It is on a scheduled basis, and so we don't have an issue, but he is also very responsive when we have called for anything. He is professional.

James does a great job. He's friendly. He does all of his yards himself. He even does extra jobs if I ask him to. He charges by the hour for those jobs.
