Showed up promptly when I scheduled an appointment. Took my money. Then the part failed. Showed back up with the wrong part. Have not seen them since. They made three different appointments and never showed up. No call. I had to call them numerous times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very unprofessional. The owner showed up promptly to diagnose and give an estimate of the repair, then took our down-payment and said he would call when the part came in. Four days after the part was due, I hadn't heard from him so I called him. He returned the call and gave the excuse that the part had not been delivered but it would be expedited with a probable delivery of the following day. I asked that he call me in the morning a give me an update. He never called. Two days later I called him. After giving more excuses for why he hadn't called, he said the part had arrived and scheduled an installation arrival time window from 1:00 to 4:00 for the next day. At 4:30 when he had not arrived or called, I called him. He called me back a short time later and gave very unsatisfactory excuses for why he hadn't shown up and why he was unable to call. I cancelled the repair at that time.

The company never bothered to call and let me know they would not make the scheduled appointments. The first time they said the part that had been ordered did not come in. They could have called to let me know before the scheduled timeframe was up. I had to call every day to attempt to find out if they would be returning to complete the job. They did not even answer their phone when I tried to call and find out if they were coming since the the scheduled appointment time was over and no one showed up for the last scheduled time. I finally gave up, filed a dispute with my bank for moneys paid.
