We hired Havlick Services to clear and fine grade our 1-acre residential lot, preparing it for sod. Ross was very hands-on throughout the project. Pricing was reasonable, and we could not be more pleased with both their professionalism and the end quality of job. Would give Havlick more stars if I could and would strongly recommend.

My experience with Ross during this project was great. very responsive, truthful, and thorough needed to excavate a good amount of a hill and have it graded for the entrance to our new property. He worked quickly, and I was very happy with the final product! I have already recommended him to multiple friends.

I hired Ross to perform some work around my home. I needed a trench dug to run power to a new outbuilding as well as some grading corrected where my yard wouldnâ t drain. Trench was straight forward and he knocked it out easily. The grading was a little more complex but he nailed it. He came to the job with a laser level and fixed the slope and left it in perfect shape for grass to grow. He even offered to help lay the sod but I opted to put some grass seed down instead. Great guy and very impressed with his work ethic and communication. Will definitely hire him again in the future.
