Perfectly well. I feared the TV would be headed for the landfill, but they fixed it.

Went very well. Male and female technicians came to my home, which made me feel very comfortable and safe having another woman there. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful and completed the appt. very quickly.

I was very happy with them.  They were very punctual and I thought their prices were high but the quality was good and I don't have to complain too much.  I like their quality and their professionalism.  They're quite very careful and they try to get high on their quote.

After shopping for a new TV at other places, it was a true pleasure to step into Georgetown TV and Audio. It's a family owned business and the owner was incredibly nice and helpful. Their prices are good as well. They also delivered and setup the TV for a very reasonable price. In addition, they quickly reprogrammed our universal remote. In the past, this had taken others hours, but they unloaded the TV, set it up and reprogrammed the universal remote all in about 40 minutes. I was amazed.

They are so neat. They are awesome. They are so good. I recommend them. The guy who came was very professional, he was on time, it was good all the way around.

Thomas was honest and very helpful in trying to diagnose a problem with our 3 year old Samsung blueray player. Even though the player ($199.00 new) was under a 4 year extended (a waste of money), the player is out of date, not made anymore, and would take 2 to 4 weeks to diagnose the problem. Then, perhaps a partial credit would be issued toward a new player by Best Buy.

We decided after making a few phone calls, consulting Consumer Reports, and weighing options to go to Georgetown TV and purchase
a Sony BDP S580 Blueray player for $149.00. Though we could have bought a similar player for less at the Post Exchange at Ft. Hood or Best Buy, we were grateful for Thomas' help, expertise, and honest opinions. Service and expertise part of what one pays for and that, in my opinion, cannot be found at either Best Buy or the post exchange.

We also had to call Thomas for help in upgrading the software on the Sony player. He gave us advice on the wireless setup if we ever decide to acquire one.

They did a fantastic job. I liked that they did what they said they would do and they arrived on time. They got the job done and they were real neat and clean. It was done right.

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We dropped in on GT-TV on Xmas Eve and told Detleff that we were total novices in the HD-TV/Blu-Ray world. He explained everything we needed to know in a patient and complete manner (he'd make a great teacher!). He scheduled his sound guy, Jason, to come out the next Monday (it was the holiday weekend) and make suggestions about the surround sound system. Jason wrote up the order and sent it to me for approval the next day. Detleff and crew made sure we had the new TV before the New Year's weekend. Two great guys (wish I remembered their names) came that Thursday and installed the 52" TV and Blu-Ray player, and a 2nd TV in another room. They programmed the remotes and explained everything thoroughly. They were punctual, polite, friendly and professional. The following Wednesday two more technicians, James and Sam, installed the surround sound system - a very involved technical process. Again, they were the ultimate professionals. Given that we started this process on Xmas Eve, we couldn't have asked for more prompt or efficient service. We will definitely use Georgetown TV and Audio in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior products and professional services.

The stereo equipment would not operate properly because the wires had been incorrectly connected to the amplifier/receiver. The stereo equipment is Sony and the company is a Sony dealer, but they obviously did not know what they were doing. I had to pay another company to re-do their work.

It was a much easier process - and less expensive - than I anticipated. Making the appointment was easy, with only a couple days wait until they could provide service. Their 2-man crew came to my house at the appointed time and took a quick look to see if the problem was one they could repair on-site. Unfortunately it wasn't but less than a week later they returned the television to my house. Their estimate was precise and they took care of the problem with the TV. They engendered a high amount of confidence and I would definitely use them again.

I guess I answered this in the above. But I did tell my sister about them in case she has problems with her televisions and put up a notice in my apartment building about this company.
