Having just purchased this property, built in 1997, the integrity of the irrigation system was wnknown. The GIS team was diligent in finding and correcting the broken heads, even when covered over by landscaping, plantings done after system was installed. What was expected to be a 1 hour session turned into 3 hours, mostly due to the root encased and broken riser. Their perseverance and professionalism was remarkable.

Since we, like many, are on water rationing, having a leaking sprinkler system is unacceptable. Gary came out immediately, found the leak and repaired the pipes. He also inspected the entire system and adjusted all the sprinkler heads that needed to be adjusted. We have used Gary before and would highly recommend him!

He called when he was leaving previous job and showed up within 30 minutes of what he initially estimated. Had the right equipment to diagnose the problem and stuck to his estimate of what he quoted on the phone. Educated us each step of the way with what he was doing and why. I have used them many times in the past and will continue to recommend them! I am a Realtor and this service was performed at a listing.

Outstanding. Arrived on time and called 15 minutes before arriving to give us a heads up as to their expected arrival. Extremely professional in both their work as a team and in dealing with us as clients. Knowledgeable, proficient and expeditious in their work. They have obviously worked together as a team for quite a while as each member not only knew what he was to do and was able to do it efficiently, but they each also understood what the others were to do so they were able to make themselves available to support their teammates whenever the task required more than one person.
