The service man was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

They only come twice a year. In the winter time, they come back and do the furnace for heat. They've been here since I've lived here. I pay a contract of $132 for the two trips. If they need anything like parts, they charge. I'm under a yearly contract.

They came within 20 minutes every time I call because they're right here, as long as they don't have another call. I've used him for six or seven years now. They're outstanding. They're prompt and they don't go back to the factory or back to the store to get parts. They have the part and they're prepared. They do what I ask them to do. The big thing is when your heat is down, this is a 7500 home complex, when your heat is down, the only you're going to have to wait for is if there's somebody ahead of you and that's rare that is happens. When your family is sitting here freezing because the heat didn't go on overnight, they want heat in an hour. That's only happened a couple of times, one for the air conditioning and one for the heat because it wears out and it has to be replaced from time to time.
