Excellent advice from the young salesman. I explained the problem that appears to be a software/hardware streaming glitch with Sony products. Various options were explained from buying a new DVD Blue-Ray to using streaming boxes. I decided to buy an Amazon Fire streaming box because we have an Amazon account. It was easy to connect, less expensive than a new, quality DVD Blue-Ray. He also steered me away from expensive options that I said we don't use.
I have found the sales people at the Georgetown Best Buy to be honest, informed, and very helpful.
