Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Frank's Heat and A/C gave me an appointment for the day following my call. They arrived on time and checked the inside air temp and the air temp of the air out put of my A/C. They connected their gauges to the compressor and checked the service lines from the compressor to the house and found that the return line was extremely hot (approx 400* F). After removing the cooling fan they took a water hose and cleaned out the compressor coils and replaced the fan. They rechecked the output temp of the A/C and the temp of the service lines. The temp of the return line had now dropped to around 200* F and the A/C was cooling the house down. The total bill was only $69.
I have used Frank's Heat and A/C for my rent house for the past five or six years and he has always been very professional and performed excellent work. He has installed a heat & A/C unit and service work at my rent house and service work at my residence. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing heating or A/C work. His work is honest and will not do service that is not needed.
