We perform background checks on all employees. All employees wear shoe covers on the inside of our clients properties to protect the floors.

Only 2 people come out to clean. They didn't do the tracks. They did add the tracks later and did a half job on the cleaning. They also broke a window in the kitchen which was never cleaned. They didn't do a good job on the pressure wash. There were some spots missed.

I would like to take this opportunity to address your concerns: 1) It is industry standard in this areA to have 1 person or a team of 2 to clean windows. 2) You called in and scheduled our special pricing for the season which did not include track cleaning, but did include free screen cleaning. We offer track cleaning, but it is an add on to the special pricing and this additional service was NOT requested at the time of our quote in person before we scheduled the work to be completed. We later returned and did the track cleaning AT NO COST to you because you were upset about this. 3) The window that was broken was a storm window installed on the exterior of the standard window. Due to the installation of special windows such as storm windows which are not common in our area, it was unfortunate that this pane of glass was broken, but the broken window was professionally replaced AT NO COST to you and was addressed immediately. 4) We made an additional trip out to this home and went back over the areas you felt did not receive a proper cleaning with the pressure washing. Overall, all issues you bring up were ultimately addressed and taken care of. Your exact words to our one of our owners in person were "Everything looks good. I'm happy." You repeatedly told the owner that you were satisfied with the work in the end. Payment was not required until you were completely satisfied with the work you had contracted us to perform and we even applied a 10% discount for any inconvenience. They did an outstanding job. They were able to quickly provide pricing up front and were very attentive to my concerns about pressure washing the mortar/slurry on my house. We had some significant tree stain plus residue from a roof replacement discoloring our driveway. It cleaned up very well. We also had lots of dark mildew on a two-story chimney and elsewhere on the house. Their method was very effective, yet gentle enough to avoid damaging surfaces. I was also impressed with their efficient use of electronic communications.

Julie did our on site estimate. She clearly is highly educated in this field and was very helpful in providing information and advice. She is very professional, punctual and very easy to work with. Joe performed the work and did an excellent job. He is friendly and communicates well. This company performed excellently for a very good price and the entire process was stress free for me. These guys are top notch, we had 13 of 20 of my exterior windows that felt like sandpaper they had so much junk on them (from gunite) and they got every one of them looking new. They were very professional, courteous and you could tell they take pride in their work. Their pricing is extremely competitive and I will be hiring them to do any of my future window cleaning, power-washing my driveway once the landscaping is done, as well as refer them to friends/family.

Called to schedule the free estimate and initial contact was very pleasant and professional. Arrived exactly as scheduled for estimate visit and provided (via e-mail) a complete estimate (with options) the same day. The initial schedule of the work had to be rescheduled due to the excessive rain we were experiencing in June. They rescheduled around our vacation schedule with no problem and arrived exactly on time to do the work. They explained exactly what and how they were going to do the work before beginning and did an outstanding job. Very pleasant, yet also very professional to deal with. Could not be more pleased with the results and the service. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

They were on time for a free estimate and we set a date for the work to be done. He arrived exactly on time and even though the temperature outside was cold, he performed the work efficiently with no mess or cleanup required by us. He was extremely polite, professional and his price was good.
