 + -1 moreThey did such an amazing job. They young man they sent was polite and courteous. He spent about 2 hours getting these bars installed in our bathroom. He cleaned up after himself and just left both bathrooms spotless. They were great! I would highly recommend them. I would definitely give them an A++
Description of Work: They put in 4 grab bars in 2 bathrooms for us.

 + 0 moreAlly & Lupita were here before 10am and worked until nearly 1pm -- and we don't have a really dirty house. They cleaned each room top to bottom, including windows and blinds. They were very thorough -- even my husband commented on how they did a much better job than any of our other cleaners. This was the initial clean and I am sure I will be just as happy with them from now on. I wish it was a bit less expensive, but everyone has to make a living. I highly recommend them for this. Owner Jerome also offers handyman and yard services, which is good to know for the future.
Description of Work: Housecleaning - initial cleaning of ALL rooms prior to bi-weekly service.

Description of Work: Repaired two areas of our carport that had been eaten away by small black ants. This included replacing both the damaged wood and some rolled roofing and painting the repaired areas to match the undamaged area.

Description of Work: We found ants that had eaten a lot of wood. We hired Spectrum Home Services to come and replace that part of the roof. They came and replaced it.
