EAGLE EYE INSPECTIONS

I had a tree and a bush growing too close to the house and wanted to know whether they were affecting the house foundation. Danny checked and found no damage but recommended that the tree and the bush be removed. Very pleasant to work with.

I had to leave a message initially, but Danny returned my call within the hour. He was able to come out on the day I chose (2 days later). He called because he was running an hour late and brought along his "team" his two minor sons. I was a little taken aback at first but the boys' job was simple: Checking if all lights, outlets, smoke detector, faucets, etc., worked. If they had any concerns or questions they asked their father. Danny video tapes the inspection so you can see it later and types out a detailed report. Since I work from home his working style worked perfectly for me because I didn't need to follow him all day. And I didn't have to climb on the roof or into the attic! Afterwards we walked through the house to give me the overview. He also referred other professionals for the areas in which I needed a little work done or should be looked at closer (roof & wiring). I would definitely hire him again due to his happy attitude, knowledge, and thoroughness.

This man was very thorough in his inspection. He didn't leave anything untouched. He did a nice job of checking everything and communicating with me during the inspection process. I thought that he was very genuine and respectful of me.
