DIVA

It was a good experience. We were very pleased with the result. I thought the pricing was a little high.

My daughter and I walked in to the DIVA store about an hour before they were to close. Four people were working - including the owner - and not one of them greeted us...didn't even stop their conversation to acknowledge our presence. Finally a male clerk said hello but did not offer assistance. One of the women glanced over and half smiled but said nothing. We walked around the entire store looking at various home decor items and talking (loudly at this point) about decorating our NEW HOME. Still no offer of assistance, no "are you looking for something special?," no acknowledgement whatsoever. I finally spoke to one of the women and told her I had just bought a new home and was in the process of decorating it (the other 2 women were standing there as well) and NO ONE asked if they could help me find something. NOTHING. It was like we were an inconvenience. At that point, I walked out, and I will NEVER walk back in...
