Diamond Surveying

This man is professional.  He provided all the drawings and measurements I needed on time.  I will keep him in my contacts.  He is definately dependable.

In less than a week, Shane came out and performed the survey that I needed before building a new fence on my property. He was prompt, courteous and professional, and he answered all my questions.

We were buying a house out-of-state (we were living in Kansas). The land/property needed to be surveyed in time for the closing and Diamond Surveying came through. Coordinated with the title company and did a great job explaining the 6 1/2 acre property/house features. Gave us incredible peace of mind at the closing.

He completed the survey and all required documentation as promised. Would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

I called Shane after finding him on Angie's List. He answered the phone and gave me a couple options for the surveying depending on my needs. Once we decided to go with him, he told me that the job would be done by the following week. I was actually surprised that he called me the next Monday to say I could pick up the survey.

Shane was also very helpful in discussing some of the restrictions on the property and pointed me in the right direction for further information.

I called this company to simply ask how much it would cost to get a survey. He spent 10 minutes on the phone with me asking questions and doing some on-line research to ultimately help me determine I didn't even need a survey. He helped me go in the right direction to find the information I needed and was very professional and kind to me and my lack of understanding about the property boundaries and easements. I wanted to just say if I ever do need any survey work I would highly recommend this company.

Got a very good price and Shane went back out after the survey to help out my fence guy with all the points he needed.

I searched for surveyors on Angie's List that were licensed and near my home. I contacted Mr. Shafer via email, asking for a quote on what it would cost me to survey two sides of our lot for a fence install. The next day, Mr. Shafer gave me a courtesy call to see if I'd received his email the day before. I had not received his email, but because he called - stating that he'd sent one - I checked my and quot;junkand quot; email and found his email. I like the fact that he followed up with me, because sometimes this happens to emails. Mr. Shafer quoted me a price and set up a time to come out the next week.
He called me the night before and the morning of the scheduled work. He and his crew were punctual, professional, and friendly. I had many questions, and Mr. Shafer answered all of my questions and even gave me some much appreciated advice.
I called him back for a full survey to be done, as the advice of our lawyer. Mr. Shafer said that he'd apply the cost of the partial survey done earlier to the cost of the full survey.
I like the fact that Mr. Shafer wasn't just there to do a survey job, but to build a relationship, as well. I highly recommend Diamond Survey.
