CertaPro did a quality job under a short timeframe. We had around 4 weeks from the time we closed on our house in Georgetown and moving in. CertaPro fit in our small job and got it done efficiently.

They did a very good job. They're punctual, customer service oriented, did the job in a timely manner, and we were very satisfied. I would recommend them.

They took everything down off the walls for me, put on two perfect coats of paint, put everything back up, and even cleaned everything, including mopping all of my floors and vacuuming my carpeting. They were wonderful. Honest to Pete, I have never experienced such a great painting job. I can't say enough about them. I was so stunned, I can't imagine a better crew out there.

They were polite and quick. They did a good job and made some recommendations. They helped him picked the color and they cleaned up.

It was the worst experience Ive had with a contractor. They messed up the paint and patching. The painters didn't speak English and they left garbage all over the inside of my house and empty paint cans on my front lawn. Paint running down the walls and on the door knobs. The ceiling was a different color then the wall (flat paint vs glossy). The same paint crew was sent out 3 dif times to fix mess ups, and every time they left their bucket of chicken bones n coffee cups all over. Greg, the owner came out after a week and brought a third party to cover the repairs. 3rd party did Afew touch ups but all in all I was left with $4200 worth of messy, multi colored streaky paint.

Gregg was very professional and was able to get the job scheduled quickly. The 4-man crew was able to complete all but one area of the kitchen due to floors being installed while the painters were there. There was some miscommunication between Gregg and the crew on what day they were supposed to come back and finish. Overall it was a good experience and we will be using them again to paint the exterior of the home.

The owner Gregg meet with us and went over everything. He was very detailed and took pictures. He made sure to note our expectations and reiterated those to his crew. Before the painting began we received an inclusive consultation with a color expert on choosing the right colors for our style home. The team could not start when expected due to rain but when they finally started they focused on just our job. They worked steadily and cleaned up after themselves at the days end. They ask for clarification when needed but other than that were no problem. We are very pleased with the quality of work and will be hiring them again in the future to paint inside.

I had to call several times to confirm a date to begin painting. The job was completed in one day and the painters seemed rushed. A 4-man team completed the paint project. They did not clean-up all areas after completing the job. They left tape in multiple areas and paint overspray on windows, screens and storm door. They painted the back door and closed the door without allowing the paint to dry, so the paint peeled off some areas on the edges of the door. They also did not tape properly and now I have paint on the brick in the front of my home. When I called to pay for their services, I informed the secretary of the issues. She was very apologetic and told me that the owner would call me. I spoke to the owner and he also apologized for the issues. The paint team was in my area painting another home and the owner offered to have the team come fix the problems immediately. I was unable to leave work, so asked for the painters to fix all of the exterior issues. All exterior issues were not fixed. I must remove the paint from the windows, screens and brick.

Overall, the job went very well. They were very good, very professional and very courteous. They cleaned up every day. The person who did the initial cost assessment did a packet and it was very nicely done. It covered what needed to be repaired and the cost of it. The price was comparable compared to the experience we had with their sales rep and the actual people that did the work.

After an unexpected delay in starting, Gregg Wilde worked hard to keep us on schedule in doing the paint job before new carpet was to be laid later in the week. The first crew did as much as they could but left much undone. Gregg monitored the situation closely and had two excellent crew members come in to finish the job to our expectations. We appreciated Gregg's commitment to having the job done well.

The finished job was good and they held the price even though there were unforeseen issues in paint coverage. The crew was friendly and hard working. Just a couple of things that kept me from giving them an A. Had to continually inspect the days work and point out areas that needed to be touched up. Never showed up at the time they told us they would, however, they did show up everyday and worked as long as needed to get the days work done.

Gregg was wonderful to work with. Very neat and professional job was done. Only complaint was that the painters arrived later than I was told. They stayed late though to make up for it and to get the job done in the one day as promised. Cleaned up nicely. I would definitely use them again.

The company never contacted me regarding my request for service. I had given my contact number and my email address, but no one from CertPro took the time to contact me.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the person who came out and gave us an estimate. In comparison to our other estimate, this was very reasonable. There was a little confusion the morning of the job as the painters arrived late and did not have the paint on hand. They were able to finish the job in one day and were very willing to do whatever I asked. We love the finished result.

The owner, Gregg, came out to the house 3 weeks before the service to give us an estimate. We were happy with the price so we contracted them that day. The morning of the service, Gregg came out to introduce us to the crew and verify they had all the materials and paint needed. They painted primer on Saturday and returned on Sunday to paint the color. Each turned out fabulously. We did, however, have to ask them several times to 'cut in' more cleanly. They used no painters' tape so the lines weren't as straight as they should have been.

CertaPro is a five 'A' company in our opinion. We initially spoke with the customer contact center; meet with Greg, worked with their interior decorator, and his finally welcomed his team of painters in our home. The gentlemen were fantastic. We believe we received more than our money's worth. * Punctual * Informative * Creative - initial paint selected for our ceilings would have been too dark. Rob and the team worked with us to mix different combinations to find the perfect color! We've more than received our money's worth and will use Greg and his team in the future.

I called Gregg Wilde for an estimate to paint the entire inside (walls and ceilings) of our home. He came out promptly and gave us an estimate. Gregg is very professional, honest and was enjoyable to work with. His painters (3) showed up every day on time and were excellent in their painting skills. The only breaks they took were for lunch. The ceilings in our house are the "popcorn" type and the walls are textured which made their job more difficult, but they handled it very well. I would most definitely hire Gregg Wilde and his crew again and will do so as we also need to have our kitchen cabinets redone.
