It was a big job that started well. We met with the company representative, created a plan, and they sent drawings. They delivered the cabinets in approximately the time they estimated and the installers were friendly and professional. The cabinets turned out very well, are good quality, and just what we wanted except for one unfortunate issue that was caused by the person who came out to measure. He made two mistakes that eventually had to be resolved at our expense. The company would not work with us to resolve the issue that one of their people caused so we were left with living with one of the mistakes because there was no reasonable way to correct it and spending the additional money to correct the other one.
