The master electrician did not show up as promised but sent his journeyman.  The ballast on the fixture was out and the fixture needed to be replaced. Home Depot in town has the fixture.  The journeyman stated that they did not have it in stock but would order it from his supplier.  It would be installed later in the day.  Later in the day a call from the master electrician stating the fixture would be delivered late and could they come the following day to install it.  The following day the journeyman arrived with a fixture and it turned out to be the wrong size.  Lame apologies followed.  He promised the exchange to the correct size would be delivered that afternoon and the fixture would be installed.  I went over to Home Depot, found the fixture (that was supposed to be out of stock) and purchased it.  I called the master electrician and requested that someone from his shop come over and install the fixture.  I was met with a string of "but, but, but...the replacement is on the way and should be here in 15 minutes".  Later in the afternoon the journeyman arrived with the correct sized fixture and installed it.  The whole process took 2 days of my time and aggravation, defensiveness from the vendor, and overpriced service
