Description of Work: The staff at Bell Cleaners monogrammed our Grandson's name on a Chef's Apron as well as a Chef's Hat. We were given font, color, and size for this project and we went with their recommendations. The work turned out very well and we were very pleased. We are continuing to use Bell Cleaners now also for our dry-cleaning needs. Everything that we have brought in has been done exactly as we requested. We would highly recommend this company for anyone's monogramming or dry cleaning needs.

 + -1 moreBell Cleaners said the job would be done in 7 days. On the 7th day, I went to pick up my order and they had not even started working on the jeans. They finally called the next day (now 8 days for completion) and indicated the work was done. There was no apology, no concern about the length of time they took for the job; nothing. I will not go back.
Description of Work: Took 2 pair of new jeans in for hemming.

 + 0 moreThey know me by name. They always have someone on sight for alterations. They are professionals and know what they are doing and they do a good job doing it. It's usually done within a week and I think that is more than reasonable. They always call and let you know when your garments are finished.
