I received a quote on heming jeans and pants. They were new, but to long. It was higher than I expected, but in line with other providers. I decided to hem the pants myself and returned the jeans to the store.

Bell Cleaners said the job would be done in 7 days. On the 7th day, I went to pick up my order and they had not even started working on the jeans.
They finally called the next day (now 8 days for completion) and indicated the work was done. There was no apology, no concern about the length of time they took for the job; nothing.
I will not go back.

They know me by name. They always have someone on sight for alterations. They are professionals and know what they are doing and they do a good job doing it. It's usually done within a week and I think that is more than reasonable. They always call and let you know when your garments are finished.
