home inspection
+ -1 moreThe inspection occurred while we were out of town. Our realtor, who recommended Kelly, coordinated the inspection. Kelly provided a very thorough report, including photos of some of the items. We felt that we were very well informed of the condition of the house prior to purchase.
Description of Work: Kelly performed the inspection of the house we were purchasing. He inspected all aspects of the house itself, including structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, lawn sprinklers, and Texas Wood Destroying Insect (WDI). The pool and its equipment was not included in the inspection.
