Apex Roofing

Came to the newly purchased house to paint a bedroom before move-in. It was pouring rain, part of the hurricane that flooded Houston. There was a water leak on the ceiling and wall of one of the upstairs bedrooms which we thought was a roof leak. Brian came out on a Sunday in the pouring rain for a service call. He determined the roof wasn't leaking, but instead it was a PVC condensation drain from an AC unit in the attic that had separated at one of the joints. He offered to repair it. Drove to Home Depot and back for plumbing parts and repaired the leaking drain pipe which stopped the water damage. We were so grateful and pleased with the service. Will definitely hire again if roof work needed.

Initially we had another roofing company give us a quote, but they felt the shingles could no longer be procured, and that there might be rot under the existing shingles. Brad Pharr from Apex came out and assessed the job, managed to find the same shingles and got the job done as soon as the shingles were procured. The job was done professionally and the crew cleaned up after the work was done. You can't tell there is a repair, looks good! Would highly recommend this company!

They were on-time, neat, tidy, very respectful. Made sure to tell me what they were doing so we weren't concerned about anything. They were great. They did everything they said they were going to do and more.

They were great, neat, tidy, respectful. They did a great job on the roof. They did it in a day which was phenomenal. I can't think of anything bad, everything was perfect. I really liked Mike Cochran, easy to talk with. Came out on time to do the estimate and did what he said he would do.
