Chris did a great job diagnosing and repairing a wire connector that had melted through. Quick response and professional repair - highly recommend.

Very responsive right at Christmas too. Parts needed to be ordered and it took over a week, but that was not their fault.

Chris came out and cleaned the pump filter. He said if it broke again in 30 days the money we paid would be credited toward a new pump. The next week it did the same thing. We called them and he came back and installed the new pump and did as he said with the credit. Great service!

The first three companies I called wouldn't even come out to look at my microwave, because it is a built-in "combo" unit with an electric oven. Alpha Omega wasn't fazed by this, and came out the next day. I was afraid the problem would be a control board ($$$), but luckily the tech (Ray) diagnosed a bad door safety switch. He went ahead and replaced all 3 switches, since the microwave was 19 years old. Ray charged a "fixed" labor charge, which for a more complicated repair would likely be a good deal. For my 20-minute repair, it means I paid a fairly high labor rate. But, I admit the total price I paid was less than I expected to get my microwave working again. I am happy with Ray and the office personnel who set up and confirmed the appointment.

It went well.He came diagnosed and showed me where the issue was and then fixed it.

Ray was very thorough inspecting and diagnosing washer and dryer problems. He called for backup for dryer and he arrived within 10 minutes. After problems corrected, both appliances tested on all cycles. Then they used Lysol to wipe down both appliances and the floor. And inside workings of both machines thoroughly cleaned. Their demeanor was very professional

Chris P arrived on time told me the problem with my appliance and had to order a part. He told me it would take about 3 days and it came as schedule and was able to schedule the next day after the part arrived. Chris was very nice and very professional he explained to us what the problem was and answer all our questions and my husband had a few. I will call them from now on to do any appliance repairs. I also have to let you know that the receiptionist are very nice and happy to help.

I contact the company, and the lady said she'd have someone come out. He got here, spent about three hours going through the fridge. He discovered that it wasn't repairable. He charged a very reasonable rate.

Chris was punctual, professional and knew his job. He testing the dryer components (heating coil thermostat etc.) a number of time and confirmed that they seemed to be working fine. He then attached the vent behind the dryer and noticed that the heating would automatically stop after some time. He deduced that there must be blockage in the vent going out the side of the house. We scheduled a followup and he came and complete the vent cleaning. He had to make multiple passes, and showed me the amount of lint that had been trapped. Dryer works great now.

Ray with Alpha Omega came out and reviewed our parts, ran diagnostics on the ice maker, installed parts that Sears had installed before and said didn't fix the problem, and then cleaned and adjusted things with the ice maker. It was running when Ray left as we had to wait for cooling and ice to know if it was going to work. It had not even run in months. We had ice starting to show soon, and a full bin the next morning which I think is about 50lbs of ice. It has been working perfectly since. Where Sears said they couldn't get parts, Ray looked them up and said they were available. Ray's time at our house was approximately 2 hours. We had the parts already which saved us significant dollars on what it could have been if we had needed the parts including a motherboard. We are so pleased we will be using Alpha Omega for our 10 appliances going forward.

Oven would pre-heat, but would lose temp over time. Chris spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the problem and concluded the heating element and thermostat were not defective, but build up on the ignition element (the range is over 20 years old) was preventing the set temperature from being maintained for the entire cooking time. Chris did a great job and was completely honest - he could have charged me for a new element I didn't need, but instead fixed the problem without any charges beyond the fee for the service call. He also said if I continued to have problems, he would replace the defective part within 30 days for the cost of the part and labor with no additional charge for the second service call. I would recommend Alpha Omega and Chris for appliance repair without hesitation.

Great - had to make two trips due to a part needing to be ordered.

Very professional. Took dishwasher apart, discovered problem, informed me on replacement cost of board and I decided it would be best to replace appliance.

Found big hidden problem and gave price to fix. Parts high so we decided to buy a new washer. He does not sell spluances so no conflict of interest. Good repair guy and honest and fast response.

Our Samsung refrigerator had a leak on the bottom exterior. Richard arrived on time and was very professional. He immediately found the issue, he had to leave briefly to go back to the shop to get the part but came back in about 15 minutes. Put the replacement part on and voila all is good and no more leak!
