All Innovative Concrete Treatments

The company was very fast, friendly, and affordable. Joel, the manager, is exceptionally pleasant to work with. Rather than staining the concrete, they used a dye. I deferred to them for their expertise. We were advised to wax it right away (and regularly) to protect the dye job. My wife and I followed the instructions, using the exact brand of wax they recommended. Unfortunately, within days, the dye started coming up. Now, rather than the uniform, slate-gray we asked for, it's spotty and is still staining our feet black. Neither of us will go barefoot in our house anymore, even two years later.  Consultations with other flooring specialists were at a loss when we explained the techniques used.
In short, the floor looks awful. When my wife complained, Joel claimed that we declined the sealant. I did so, *after* he claimed they were finished and showed me their work. The floor looked great! Thus, I thought the sealant was an optional upsell. Now I realize the job wasn't really complete until the sealant was applied. 
One year after the treatment, I contacted him with pictures to voice my unhappiness with the results. Joel promised to contact me within a few weeks (they were busy) to come out and touch up the trouble spots. Unfortunately, the *entire floor* is in poor condition.   And I never heard from the company again.

It's based on the square footage so what he charged me would be different from what he's going to charge somebody else. He was kind of the middle of the price range. He wasn't the most expensive and he wasn't the cheapest. It came out perfect. He was recommended by a firm that does large commercial-scale properties. It was well done and it was done quickly. He was right on time. I would absolutely use them again.
