A&W roofing gets 5 star rating due to exemplary customer service from start to finish. In 1/2024 my 25 year old roof in Georgetown Texas needed reroofed. David met with the Insurance inspector and David went to bat for me and insisted my claim was from the hail storm in 9/2023. David a professional pointed out hail damage on my garage door and window and roof to the inspector. I am very relieved A&W worked extensively with My Insurance Company. And after it was all worked out David had tailor made a surprisingly very affordable estimate. It included the GAF Architectural roofing shingles with a 25 year guarantee and a 10 year workmanship guarantee! My anxiety was put to rest when David had addressed my every concern, even going on the roof to work with his roofing crew. I really liked the roof was done in 8 hours by a hard working but friendly crew who picked up all the nails and tarps they used in my yard. It was a perfect experience, great products and great service. A&W knows how to give best customer service in any and all ways. I will not hesitate to recommend A&W roofing for anyone’s roofing!

My experience with A & W was good from the initial roof inspection through the installation. I’d definitely recommend them.

Was referred to A&W Roofing by my Farmers agent. Initial inspection was that there may not be enough damage. The inspector met with the claims adjuster to look again, and approved a total roof replacement. A&W got us on the schedule the same week. The only bad thing in the whole process was that A&W processed my deposit check even after asking them to hold off just one day, resulting in an overdraft fee. They reimbursed me for the trouble. The roof was replaced in one day as promised. They did a good job of cleaning the site, but not quite perfect. I referred two neighbors to A&W and one of the two used them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Removal and Replacement with high quality GAF HD shingles and Ridge vents with a Synthetic Water Barrier was excellent. Replaced all Boot jacks and Stove and Dryer Vents. Painted to blend with new shingles. All around excellent job and at a great price. Very Satisfied and would hire them again.
