David talks a very good game, but subcontracts 90% of the work out to whoever he can find. He insists on 50% up front in cash, no checks or credit cards. Once we agreed on the job David disappears and leaves his crews to their own devices.

He hired crews to clean the back-yard, trim trees and mow. The yard was mostly done well, but I still found bits of trash and debris all over when he was done. I called him back twice to get the rest of the trash. I finally gave up and took care of the rest myself. The electrical work his subcontractor did was good, but it seemed like always had to leave for another job. They resolved most of the electrical issues, but then he had to call them back out because they didn't finish everything he agreed for them to do. I didn't call him back a third time and fixed the final issue myself. Another subcontractor filled in the crack in my front porch and glued down indoor/outdoor carpet, but within 3 days the carpet is already coming back up. The pest control services seem to go well. That's the only piece he did himself. The rest he subbed out to other people and companies. David is fast talker, and really good at selling himself, however he doesn't always hire the best help or finish the job. Do not leave your property when work is being done as he hires anyone and everyone and he will not stay and watch them.

Sent two inexperience men to cut holes in my wall without measurement. The outside was 2" lower the inside, the owner wouldn't come out to view the job p informed & threaten to take us to court for complaining. Eve wouldn't respond to complaint with BBB.

The provider sent two inexperienced men to install the in wall puppy door with incorrect information and inadequate tools. They arrived with a skill saw, extension cord, and a drill driver. The men started cutting the wall without properly measuring correctly. (They didn't have a measuring tape.)The outside was cut at least two inches lower then the inside. My husband called to complain and the owner said he would be out the following Monday to look at the boxed up job performed by his company. After weeks of delay due to weather and the owner never followed through to at least view the job before sending these two men to finished and correct their error. He sent them back out with one piece of wood, my husband refused to let them in our house. The owner never physically came to our home, only left voice mails, and/or text. He had threatened to take us to court. if we didn't let his men finish the job as they seen fit. My husband is a senior citizen and a veteran, and he has never been treated by anyone is such a disregard for customer satisfaction. After further research, we found that this company subcontracts to others, another words, this company doesn't stand behind the subcontractor's work. We were led to believe this company had over 30 years od experience and they provided the workers and stood behind their name. I beg all to please research this business before doing any dealings. They have no integrity,

He bids contracts that he himself cannot complete insists on 50% up front. then hires a subcontractor at a fraction of the contract to complete the work. often without any supervision. I feel his practices are unethical the uses an individuals good nature to his advantage telling them how he is a family based business and talking about his Christian values. I have references of individuals who feel as though David and total services has not lived up to what he has promised to deliver.
