"The agreement of $100.00 per week was based upon a basic cleaning with a maximum of 3 hours with two employees working. After the second week, my employees were spending an enormous amount of time doing extra work (5-7 hours per week) that was not included in the agreement. For example dishes were overflowing to the counter from the sink, dishwasher full and dirty, we don't mind picking up clothes, but nobody cleaned all week and with 2 teenagers and Mom working hard at night, I understand, but at the same time I can't take a loss. I have not had to file liens before to collect but it seems to be the only way that I can get paid. I did speak with Mrs. [removed member name] via texting and phone, I did knock the pricing down and would have worked with her on the bill if we would have communicated a little better. I am not knocking nor disrespecting Mrs. [removed member name] her house, her kids, etc. and I mean no harm with this response. The one thing she can tell you for sure is that she came home to an emasculate home on the days we were there, she could relax and not lift a finger."
