He said he found and fixed them, but after the next rain water was still pouring in and a subsequent roofer showed us pictures of the holes in the roof that had obviously been there when Zack came. What he did to repair what he said was wrong is against codes according to the contractor who evaluated the situation later, so Zack really deceived us about the situation and our house continued to be damaged by rain. He didn't deserve a dime. I do not remember which month the service was done but it was after a major storm hit that damaged many houses in our area. I'm also not sure of the price because it was awhile ago.

Everything went very well. Excellent job on all items. Iwould say that clean up after the job was complete was the only issue and that was very minor and resolved immediately.

Zack showed up on time when he came to my house to do the estimation. He gave me very professional explanations and suggestions how to fix the problem. I have a very big and long crack on my ceiling and the ceiling is at least 18 ~ 20 feet height. I asked Zack to refinish my front door, fix the cracks of my garage, repaint the garage, add 6 build-in storage shelf in my garage, redo my kitchen sink, etc... Basically, I asked Zack to do all the fixes and enhancements at one time. 3 persons worked on my house for 5 days all day. Zack rent a construction rack to work on my high ceiling, sanded out the old paint to the bare wood and repainted 3 coatings to my font door. He redid all the ceiling and walls to my garage, added the shelf, and helped me to reorganize my garage to fully utilize my new build-in shelf. Not to mention about the small touch-up / fix extra work I asked Zack to do during these 5 days. I am very pleased about the quality Zack's team job. I highly recommend Zack's Home Improvement to you.
