Move went well.

I called the office and spoke to a woman, who may have been Karma. I specifically called this company, because it was close to the location in Garland where I was moving out items to another home, and because of the positive comments made in the existing report. However, I decided not to use them because of the dismissive attitude of the woman I spoke to. When I told her it wasn't a large move, I got the impression she didn't want to be bothered and quoted me a price of $150 per hour, which I thought was excessive, and felt she quoted that figure because she didn't want the job. I called other companies on Angie's List, and used another that was much more reasonable and interested in customer service.

The movers (3) were supposed to arrive at 8:30am, but were there at 8:15am and ready to work. They wrapped everything in plastic and padding. I had a big screen TV, bed, sleeper sofa, and freezer among the items to be moved. The men went right to work and had me loaded by 11am. We all went to lunch and they met me at my new home within 15 minutes of the expected time. They unloaded, unwrapped, and set everything where I showed them and afterward asked if anything needed to be moved. They set up the bed and moved the furniture I requested. I have found no damage to any of my furniture or appliances. I think they did a great job. I recommend this company and would use them again. Their price was competitive with other companies and even better than the local fireman's moving company.
