 + -1 moreFios is the best! We almost never have outages of service. Our picture is sharp, clean and vivid. The internet speed is top notch! My computer rarely lags and I cannot remember the last time my internet connectivity was interrupted. Fios is a bit pricey, but the quality is above average. You get what you pay for. After being a FIOS customer for several years, I would never consider moving to another provider who charges less.

 + -1 moreI was very happy with the service that was provided. The support staff was very attentive and responsive to my issue. It took a couple of days to get a new unit but I was happy to have it resolved.
