Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I CALLED THEIR TOLL FREE NUMBER AS ADVERTISED IN LOCAL PAPERS, BUT THEY DO HAVE LOCAL REPRESENTATIVES. THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME OUT TRIED TO SELL ME MORE THAN WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE. WHEN WE DECIDED ON THE UNIT WE WANTED, THEY INSTALLED IT. AFTER THEY LEFT, THERE WERE SOME ELECTRICAL ISSUES BECAUSE THE UNIT WAS LARGER THAN THE OLD ONE. THEY HAD TO COME OUT TWICE TO FIX ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. THE ELECTRICITY WAS OFF TWICE, A DAY EACH TIME, IN THE MIDDLE OF A TEXAS SUMMER. HOTTT!!! ONE OF THE TIMES, THEY WERE TO SEND OUT SOMEONE TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM, BUT NO ONE EVER CAME. WE CALLED BACK AND WERE TOLD THAT THEY DIDN'T GET A MESSAGE FROM ME. FINALLY, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT AT ABOUT 9:30 PM THAT NIGHT. THE LIGHTS STILL FLICKER WHEN THE A/C TURNS ON. THEY WERE REALLY NICE TO US IN THE END, BUT I DON'T THINK WE WOULD HAVE USED THEM HAD WE KNOWN THE PROBLEMS AND THAT THE NEW A/C UNIT DIDN'T REALLY WORK ANY BETTER THAN THE OLD ONE. (WE WERE TRYING TO CUT OUR ELECTRIC BILLS DOWN, BUT HAVEN'T REALLY
