1) we had to broken drain/sewer lines under the house associated with the kitchen sink and the washing machine. Doug crawled through the water and made temporary repairs. He then brought his fan and ventilated the crawl space until it was dry enough to work. he then rebuilt the drain system to prevent future events. He kept us informed and was always professional.
