True Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

Ac case I have yet to hear back from him to once again fix my ac and is been two months. He came to fix my ac back in august since then he has come 3 times because my ac stoped working. I have a video that shows him putting an umbrella over the ac unit so my camera wont record him. At first i thought it was because it was hot, but my camera recorder luis telling gerardo theres a camera and gerardo responded i should get the umbrella. When i heard that my heart sank but i had already paid him. Since then i have had nothing but issues with my ac. I also have another video where Luis tells Gerardo f*** it just leave it like that. I trusted this guy because he has worked with my family but looks like im going to have to go to court and get someone else. He might think i dont have money and im going to let him treat me like this. Please find someone else and save yourself a headache specially if you are hispanic.

I had a very good expereince with Gerardo and Juan. Gerardo did a good job of explaining what would best help my AC system's peformance. They gave me several options. I would definitely call on them again in the future if repairs or a new system is needed.

I had been looking for another HVAC company as had not been pleased for sometime with company I was using. I saw excellent reviews for True Comfort on Angis, Next Door and on BBB. I called Gerarado to come take a look at my system since it was getting old, and give me advice/recommendations. Gerardo came the next morning. I will have to concur with the excellent reviews I had read. He was very responsive, his prices are fair and competitive. In fact his maintenenance and service call fees are better than what I had been paying and i could tell he cared about his customers. WE decided to add a couple lbs of freon to get me through the summer and then replace my old system with a new and better one. I highly recommend using True Comfort heating and air conditioning

Basically very good. Gerardo came out and checked the system thoroughly. Removed failed coil, ordered new coil and installed it two days later. Initially an older part of the system leaked after installation due to vibration. Gerardo came out the following day and fixed it and it is working as I type. It's nice to deal with someone who does what he said he would do at a reasonable price and has the integrity to fix issues in a timely manner. We have a high regard for him and will use him in the future. He kept us informed through the process.

Quick, responsive, and competitively priced service! Received quotes from 3 contractors and this was the most competitive. New A/C unit is still working great 5 months later.

Gerardo is my new hero! He came out to fix a leak in the AC and got it cooling again. Three days later, only the fan was blowing. It was 9pm and I called and left a message. He called right back and asked me to check some things. Then he was at my house 45 minutes later. The capacitor blew because the AC had been working so hard this summer to cool without freon. I don't know many companies that will come out like that, even knowing that a single mom and her special needs daughter needed help. My last resort was going to be going to a hotel or buying a window unit before Lowe's closed, but Gerardo got it working on less than 15 minutes and checked the motor and fan to make sure they were not damaged also. Very pleased with his work and the low cost to get the AC running again. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Gerardo from True Comfort was immediately responsive. He arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. Aside from professionalism and timeliness, he knew all about the heating system and was more than fair about price. I definitely trust the quality of his knowledge and work, so I would not hesitate to call him out again.

He checked it out. Felt it was worth repairing. We ordered a motor and a blade wheel. When he brought the heavy unit down and opened it, it had a piece of styrofoam in the blade. He removed it and we returned the parts we had ordered. We gave him a payment for his gas.

The experience was Class A, 10 Stars service. I find their technician perfect, they did a good job.

The overall thing about Girardo is his dependability. When he says he'll be there, he will be there regardless if it night. And he never overcharges, he sticks to his estimates. I just cannot say enough good things about him.
