My check engine light came on and tested it at O'Reillys auto first. That came back as O2 sensor, but we weren't sure exactly where the problem was. After checking with Firestone, Southwest Kia, etc. and hearing that it would cost over $100 to find out exactly where by running a more detailed diagnostic I found this Triple A on Broadway in Garland on Angies List. They not only ran the diagnostic for *free, but did the work for a ton less and with a guarantee. All their staff were more friendly and helpful than we have ever encountered anywhere (Bobby & Scott were who helped us). We will definitely use them again! Thanks Angie and Thank you Scott & Bobby!

Triple A muffler diagnosed the cause of the check light being on as my converter. They installed a throttle body assembly, air intake sensor and mass air flow sensor for a total of $418.45 with the Angies List discount. I was very happy and able to drive my vehicle.

Have used them for muffler, inspection, etc. They do everything extremely well, are very good at explaining what is needed, and are reasonable and trustworthy.

They are the most honest people I have found. They will not steer you wrong. They will tell you exactly what you need and will do the work at the most reasonable price. Our entire family takes their vehicles there. You do not have to wait very long, they will get you in as quickly as possible. They are efficient, polite and passionate people.

They are good with brakes and mufflers but if you want a front end align plan on taking it back 3 times to get it right.

They were able to fix my truck to finally keep it in alignment (which other shops did not want to take the time to do) and install a muffler with all services at a much better price than elsewhere.

I couldn't be happier to do this review, but I'm not quite sure where to start! First of all, I live in Fort Worth, which is very far from Garland. I don't care! Honesty, integrity, customer relations, they are all top notch here. I saw a smooth operation with great honesty, respect, and organization. The owner loaned me a vehicle so my kids and myself could go eat and kill some time without making a hot sweaty spectacle of ourselves; they were dressed up kind of fancy as they had an "Ambassador" activity earlier in the day in Plano. I saw all kinds of customers coming and going that seemed to be long time customers and personal friends of this family. I felt like I was too by the end of my couple hours there! They identified my problem very quickly, then gave me the price and time it would take to fix it. It took that amount of time but came out cheaper! I was also pleasantly surprised when given a significant Angie's List discount at the end, along with a firm handshake! (That's important and shows honor in business!) It may sound silly, but I was happy for the opportunity to be a customer there and felt good about giving them a significant amount of money! Wish they could be duplicated in Fort Worth....LOL.

I have had really good experience with them. They've always given me a fair price in repairs. They always call when the car is going to be ready. I took my truck to another company to check the air-condition there and the guy told me it was compressor and it would cost $1,500 to get it fixed. I'm not going to spend that much for a 93 pick up. So, I just happen to take my van to Triple A Muffler Complete Auto Repair and I said, "can you give me an estimate on this?", and he called me back said, "we can fix it for $680". I said, "Okay, that's half of what the other company is charging me.", and it's been working fine since. He is pretty upfront. If it needs to be fixed, if can be fixed they fix it, if they say no there is nothing wrong with it they will let you know, they don't try to rip you off.

I wanted to install a high-flow exhaust system on my car, they told to be there early Saturday am and everything went smoothly, they even paid attention to the details and went the extra mile. I will use them again in the future even though is a drive for me but I like honest people.

Arrived at service center on a busy Saturday morning - was expecting a long wait. Instead of a long wait, the old muffler was removed and a new one installed in less than an hour (arrival time to checkout). The final cost was within $2 of the estimate. I will definitely return for future exhaust system problems. The folks were professional and friendly. It was a pleasant auto repair experience.

If you don't need the service done, they won't do it for you, but if you do need they service, they will do it the best! There are three individuals who run the company and they can do anything you need. If your car is stranded they'll pick your car up and add the tow fee to your service costs. They've been in business for a long time and they do a great job.

Their service was excellent. They did a good job. Instead of just doing the brake job and charging me, they advised me that I didn't need it. They are open on saturdays which is rare for my area. They were very professional and responsive. They were accommodated my schedule and they explained things to me clearly.

Lovely! Went for a diagnostic on the check engine light, no charge! They identified the sensor to be replaced and I thought I could do it. I went and bought O2 sensor, then discovered I did not have the tools to do the job. The original quote was $160 to replace it. I took the sensor and humbly went back to ask them to install it. They had no problem. They worked me in and in less than 1 1/2 hours, I was on my way, for only less than the original quote, after I bought the part! Amazing!! I will return for future needed services.

Work was done speedily. I was told good information about the work needed. I trust what they tell me because I do work myself and know basically what needs done. Prices are very good. Only drawback is that lots of folks know how good the service is, so it is hard to find a parking spot around the place.
