I took it to him and he said they couldn't do it because Honda had to do it. I had to go through the dealership. Other service that he did for me that day, they had it done within two hours. I took it to the dealership after that and got the rest of it fixed through the dealer. He did a great job. It was five years ago and then, after that, they've been doing my oil change or any other work that needs done. The car I have, I've been having it since 1999. I bought it in 1999. Everything on the car is still original and the car still is, as a matter of fact, in great shape because he asked me did I want to sell it. They love when I bring the car in. They say, "Are you ready to sell it now?" Bobby is a great guy, his staff is too. He told me, "Tell your friends about me." I had a couple of friends in my unit and I told them about him. I said, "Go, talk to Bobby. Tell him Rene sent you. I looked them up and I did research and I said, "Oh wow, no negative complaints against him." He will work with you, all you've got to do is talk to him. He gave me a military discount.

They've been doing majority of my work over the last three or four years now. It's a good garage, they rate real good because they get a lot of customers. The owner, I got to know him, he is real good too. His name is Bobby. They've been there since 1969. When they first did it, it was a small leak. It was still coming and I took it back to them on a Thursday or a Wednesday before Halloween and they got right on it. They open up at 7:30, it's first come first serve. Occasionally I do set up appointments. I use them all the time.

This place was very friendly and did outstanding work. Not easy to find someone to work on a Classic car. Would recommend this repair shop to anyone needing repairs

Called them that morning, drove over and dropped the car off at noon, and my family member was back on the road by 4:00pm. Excellent service, friendly and informative, I would highly recommend them.

I've taken my 2012 AWD Charger SXT Plus here many times for all kinds of work including at least: new suspension components, changes in stance, new brakes, and multiple exhaust configurations. Why do I keep bringing it back to them and them only? Well, I can count on the job being done right. I can absolutely count on them to treat my car with the utmost respect and care. And, there are not many AWD Chargers in Texas - maybe just a handful, so not everyone knows how to care for them, but they're very careful explaining everything along the way so everyone's on the same page and the job gets done right. Trust is a precious thing with me and it is extremely hard to earn mine, but they have earned it. FYI, they also just bought a super high end 4 wheel alignment system and it does a great job! It's the best alignment machine I've ever seen.

Fabulous, incredible experience from the moment we first talked by phone.  Polite, gracious, reassuring.  Our SUV failed inspection, took vehicle to our mechanic.   He identified the issue to be two bad resonators.  Our mechanic referred us to a muffler shop.  My wife took the car to the shop and they quoted $1,300 to replace the two resonators and the catalytic converter.  I looked to Angie's List for a second opinion, and found and read sterling reviews about Triple A Muffler - - impressive.  Honest?  Beyond a shadow of a doubt!  Two hours later on a Saturday afternoon the exhaust system was repaired, and State inspection passed.  All I can say is: Wow!

Check engine light came on in son's car.  After reading all the positive reviews of AAA Muffler, my son took the car there to get checked out.  They read the code and told him that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced.  My son sat for about 45 minutes while they checked the car over.  One of the employees told him that it would take about 2 or so hours before it would be ready.  The employee asked if my son had a ride and when my son told him no, the employee offered to drive him home.  As he dropped off my son, the employee told him that he could come back and get him when the car was ready - an unbelievable offer in this day and age!  They called when the car was ready and my son and husband went to pick it up.  The check engine light was off, the car runs great,  and we are all impressed with the service and kindness shown by the people at AAA Muffler.  We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Unfortunately, I did not do a review at the time of the work, which was several years ago.  We live in Fort Worth and found it worth our while to go all the way to Garland to have our vehicles fixed...we even towed one all the way there.  We appreciated their honesty and small shop atmosphere at the same time as they were working a STEADY stream of customers every time we were there.

I have been taking my 2002 Honda Accord to Triple A Muffler for many years, and have always received excellent service, fair prices, and respect.  Bobby is a consummate professional, yet he makes his customers feel as if they are family members.  I know very little about car maintenance and repair, and I can rely on Triple A to make appropriate recommendations and take good care of my car.  It's 14 years old now, and still running great.  The most important compliments I can give them are that they operate with integrity, honesty, and kindness.  I wouldn't go anywhere else for service, and I have recommended many friends and neighbors to them.  Keep up the great work!

These guys are great.  I had modified my new Jeep with an aftermarket bolt on exhaust system by Flowmaster, but it didn't quite sound right or fight right.  They installed a resonator, cleaned up my hack job and spot welded it as needed.
They are fair and honest and I'd go back again in a minute.  Great work!

One of our cars, we hardly drive, was OVER due for its inspection.. Triple A did it promptly and were excellent with their service. We have used them for over 20 years and have recommended them to MANY others who have also been impressed with their service and price. If they can't fix a problem they will recommend another service provider who can do it reasonably. They have worked on all our cars and we have always been satisfied with the service, price and promptness!
