Overall they did a good job. The repair work that they did on the ceiling was okay but you can somewhat see the cracking at night.

I have used Top Coat for several projects in and around my home over the course of the last 6+ years. My first experience was an amazing job that they did with a faux finish in my kitchen and den.
A little over a year and a half ago we had a water leak in the foundation of our home which resulted in water damage to several rooms. Top Coat did all of the remodeling work to fix all of the issues. They gutted both bathrooms to the slab and installed new tile (floor and wall), installed new vanities, bathtubs, and toilets. They installed new drywall and textured and painted. In addition they removed the old carpet and installed wood laminate floors throughout the living room, dining room, entry and hallway. They replaced all of the interior doors and also installed crown molding and painted all of the interior walls in the rooms that were remodeled. We have received many compliments on house nice everything looks and what an amazing job the contractor performed.
Most recent, they painted the exterior of our home. This included replacing a section of siding, construction of new shutters, and replaced rotted wood from around the garage door and some windows.
In all of the work that they have performed, they have always been punctual, cleaned up each day, and have been very conscientious of their work. I highly recommed Top Coat and will not use any other contractor. They have listened to my ideas and have brought them to fruition. The quality of the work performed is excellent.

They were awful. They put in a marble floor that was really uneven and unsafe. When they floated the floor it was really rippled and lumpy. I thought they would sand it down before they put the marble down. I was wrong. This marble so uneven that you can easily cut your foot on it. The towel rack that they put in was really lopsided. I was thinking that if they tried to fix that they would have to break it and start all over.

"I never actually met the customer in person and she was by far , one of the most difficult clients that I have dealt with in my 20+ years in business. Just for the record... the job was $800, not 1500."
