THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT WORK. BUT THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS NOT TOP-NOTCH. SINCE HE DOES ALL HIS ESTIMATES ON NOTEBOOK PAPER WITH A PENCIL, GIOVANI TENDS TO FORGET DETAILS. WE TOOK MATTERS INTO OUR OWN HANDS BY PRESENTING HIM WITH A TYPED CONTRACT, DETAILING EVERY PHASE OF WORK TO BE DONE, AND WE BOTH SIGNED IT. EVEN AFTER THEN, GIOVANI TENDED TO SAY WE HAD A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT, HOWEVER HE DID HONOR THE WRITTEN CONTRACT. THE NEW FLOWER BEDS ARE A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO OUR LANDSCAPE.
