Description of Work: I had left a faucet running in my upstairs bathroom so I had water coming in through the ceiling. I had a water damage company come out first. When Steve came out, he took down the fixture in the dining room and register. He also took down the light fixtures in the hallway adjacent to the dining room. The return for the heating and a/c filter was also removed. No evidence of mold, but he patched the holes in the ceiling. I had some paint from the builder so he painted over where he patched.

+ 3 moreHe has done about everything I have ever asked cosmetic for the house. When the city ordered me to have a trash bin built I hired him. He is always fair on price as well.
Description of Work: He patched some sheetrock and did some painting a few months ago. He built a trash bin in the back, done soffit work, repaired shelf brackets, hung a couple doors, installed doorknobs, and other various jobs.

+ 1 moreSteve arrived on time each day and did an excellent job of repairing the cracks. He doesn't cut corners and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Will definitely call him again in the future for other home repairs/remodeling.
Description of Work: Repaired drywall in two bedrooms and a hallway. There were extensive cracks in part of our house due to foundation shifting. Two bedrooms and the hallway had numerous cracks around the windows and doorways. Steve replaced/repaired the drywall, taped and bedded, and then matched the texture of the walls.

+ 3 moreHe is very detail oriented. He cleans up well, is always polite, and his prices are reasonable. He is very professional and has all of his own tools.
Description of Work: In 2001 he put up a fence. In 2003 he moved a bar and put in on another wall and laid down some flooring in the kitchen. Also, he put down new tiles in one of the bathrooms.
