Avoid, Owner is a smooth-talking liar that makes promises and commitments, but does not follow through or honor, but denies saying what he stated to get the sale. Pirce for used is almost the same as new. Why anyone would but Stain's junk is beyond me. I had them remove their junk from my home and they kept my previous appliance, power cord and drain hose. Their tech also opened and was snooping in my refrigerator without asking and took pictures of the inside. WTH. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Mike was excellent in all respects. He was able to make a service call on short notice, quickly identified the problem, and gave me reasonable options. The part required an order that was completed the next day, as was the final repair. I'd recommend him to anyone.

These guys are appliance whisperers! I had Staten's out after a bad experience with another appliance repair company. I described the issue when I set up the appointment. The repair guy was so experienced that he predicted what the issue was and brought the part. He diagnosed the issue (dryer wheel needed replacing) and repaired it in about 30 mins. He also fixed an issue the prior repairman caused. My dryer is working better then it ever has and it saved me buying a new dryer. I plan to call them next time I have an issue.

I like them because they are very reliable, friendly, and honest. You can call them on phone and they will give you advice if you can fix things yourself. Over the years, they have repaired our dishwasher, refrigerator and clothes washer. They have helped us decide on the best brand to buy. We have also purchased second-hand appliances from them which they have installed in our rent houses. I would use them in the future.

He offers a 30 day warranty will finance and will also do the repairs. Very reasonably priced.

I was charged such a fair price for this small call. I was glad that they so quickly were able to diagnose the problem. As it turned out the previous home owners of my home had left behind a piece of pottery that wound up jamming my system. This company did a great job for me and solved my problem fast.
