The manager Rechie Tisei identified that the phone needed to be replaced. He rudely refused to replace it and insisted to the Apple store to have it replaced. I am within my full warranty to be replace and he tried to send me to another Sprint Store. I had purchased it from this location, he still refused to replace it. The owner of the store (Bryan Demenick) told Rechie to replace my phone. The owner stated it would only take 15 minutes to switch phones. The owner left and Rechie took 2 1/2 hours to replace my phone, he stated I was not very patient. Rechie would not give me the owners information per my request. I had to speak with another worker in the store to get the contact information for the owner. I have been a loyal Sprint customer for 20 years. I had to turn back 2 hours later since my photos weren't transferred to my new phone. I came back an hour later and Rechie didn't transfer my music. Rechie had me come back the next day to transfer the music. So I came back again the next day, he said that I should do it at home. Rechie stated that since I was so rude that he won't transfer my music.
Description of Work: I brought my phone in to be replaced within 6 days of purchase.
